Tiqeet Terms and Conditions of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

The following terms and conditions of service (“T&C”) governs the use of all services rendered by Tiqeet to all users being organizers (“ORGANIZER”) and event attendees (“ATTENDEES”)..

ORGANIZERS being persons or entities who create events on the Tiqeet platform and manage the account from which it was created. They may also be responsible for the management of the account and all activities on the account including but not limited to subscribing, creating events, promoting events through sharing functionalities, sale of tickets, promotional campaigns, verification of purchased tickets and correspondence with ATTENDEES.

ATTENDEES being persons or entities who access the created events and engage with the Tiqeet service in any number of ways including but not limited to subscribing, sharing, inviting, purchasing tickets, transferring tickets, redeeming bonus points or loyalty programs.

SERVICE being the product and functionalities of the Tiqeet Software as a Service (SaaS) application including but not limited to the website (and all pages, subdomains and all parts) and in all forms and mediums of access.

ACCEPTANCE
By using the SERVICE you agree to all the terms and conditions governing the use or access of any or part of the SERVICE. If you do not agree to all or any part of the term and conditions and policies governing this SERVICE then please do not use the SERVICE.

2. Termination of service

Tiqeet reserves the right to terminate your use of the SERVICE or access to any part of it at any point for any reason or no reason and remove or discard any or all your data from the system without prior notification or explanation. Conditions that may warrant a termination include but not limited to the following;

2.1 Acting in violation to the letter and or spirit of the T&C of this agreement.

2.2 Failure to use or complete required processes or provision of information to complete a service.

2.3 Failure to complete processes in a timely manner such as payment of fees to other parties whom it is due.

2.4 Failure to use the application or SERVICE over a protracted period of time.

2.5 Violation of any or all of the privacy policy associated with the use of the SERVICE

3. Use of service

3.1 You are granted the right to use the SERVICE and access any or all parts of the SERVICE in accordance with the letter and spirit of the T&C to create events, promote events, sell tickets, discover events, share events, purchase tickets, transfer tickets and all functionalities of the SERVICE in all forms and mediums as permitted by all policies and rules and laws in all places the SERVICE may be accessed.

3.2 You are not, however permitted to reproduce any or parts of the SERVICE, transfer account, or modify any part of the SERVICE or resell or lease or rent the SERVICE to another party.

3.3 You are not allowed to use all or part of the SERVICE in any manner that interrupts or disrupts the SERVICE or any functionality of the SERVICE or in any manner that constitute fraud or fraudulent activity.

4. Account registration and security

4.1 Registration
You agree to provide true, accurate, complete and current personal information and further agree to update the information regularly and promptly to maintain currently and accurate information at all times. Tiqeet reserves the right to deny access to parts of the SERVICE or terminate your use of the SERVICE or parts of the SERVICE at any point where we suspect that information provided is incomplete, inaccurate or untrue and to refuse use of any or all access to the SERVICE in the future.

4.2 Security
For the purposes of security of user data and access we require you to create a password unless you choose to connect to our SERVICE by a third party application. You agree to be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of that password and for all activities on your account as well as all AUTHORIZED persons who use that account. You do agree also to promptly notify Tiqeet of any suspicious activity or breach of security that may compromise user data or disrupt or interfere with the use of the SERVICE. You agree to observe best practises that will ensure the security of your data such as signing out after use and not making your password and other confidential data accessible to unauthorized persons.

In the event or a misunderstanding or ambiguity of the ownership of an account, you agree that Tiqeet reserves the right to be the sole arbiter and will exercise discretionary rights to the extent of but not limited to suspension of or termination of the account in dispute.

5. Privileges and limitations

5.1 Users may be able to perform the following activities in accordance with the T&C on their account or any account to which they have legal access.

5.1.1 Organizers
a) Sign up for a free account
b) Create free, paid, public, and private events.
c) Promote events on all possible social media channels as are available at any point in time.
d) Sell tickets for the events.
e) Obtain access to attendees data and event analytics for the purposes of marketing and improving service quality or maintaining correspondence with attendees as is consistent with all privacy policy and rules that are applicable to the user or access of all or part of this SERVICE.

5.1.2 Attendees
a) May use the SERVICE to discover events without providing any personal information.
b) Sign up for a free account.
c) Discover, share or purchase tickets or transfer tickets to a third party.
d) Obtain access to loyalty programs the user qualifies for and is entitled to as the case may be.

5.2 Limitations

5.2.1 organizers
a) can not upload images, or post content they do not have legal rights to or is offensive, abusive, derogatory, tortious, hateful, racially or ethnically discriminatory or offensive, invasive of another user’s privacy or harmful.
b) Can not rent or sell part or whole site, pages or resources of the service to another person or entity.

5.2.2 Attendees
a) can not upload images, or post content they do not have legal rights to or is offensive, abusive, derogatory, tortious, hateful, racially or ethnically discriminatory or offensive, invasive of another user’s privacy or harmful.
b) Can not rent or sell part or whole site, pages or resources of the service to another person or entity.
